🔸 Mirin (Rice Wine)
🔸 Dashi (Soup stock)
🔸 Onions
🔸 Sake
🔸 Soysauce
🔸 Flour


▶ Dust salt and pepper on pork chops.
▶ Coat chops with flour, egg and panko.
▶ Preheat pan with vegetable oil.
▶ Slice the onions into thin pieces.
▶ Deep fry pork chops until it becomes golden brown.
▶ Remove the pork chops from the pan.
▶ Beat the eggs.
▶ Place the dashi, sake, mirin and soysauce into a different pan with the onion slices. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
▶ Add the pork chops and eggs. Stir.
▶ Remove the pork chops and eggs from the sauce pan. Place over a bowl of steam rice.
