INGREDIENTS:

Additional:

πŸ”Έ Mirin (Rice Wine)
πŸ”Έ Dashi (Soup stock)
πŸ”Έ Onions
πŸ”Έ Sake
πŸ”Έ Soysauce
πŸ”Έ Flour

PROCEDURES:

β–Ά Dust salt and pepper on pork chops.
β–Ά Coat chops with flour, egg and panko.
β–Ά Preheat pan with vegetable oil.
β–Ά Slice the onions into thin pieces.
β–Ά Deep fry pork chops until it becomes golden brown.
β–Ά Remove the pork chops from the pan.
β–Ά Beat the eggs.
β–Ά Place the dashi, sake, mirin and soysauce into a different pan with the onion slices. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
β–Ά Add the pork chops and eggs. Stir.
β–Ά Remove the pork chops and eggs from the sauce pan. Place over a bowl of steam rice.
