Ten Things that I will teach myself this 2016.
— Pray not (only) when you need something. Pray to give thanks. Pray to connect with God. Pray to Jesus. Pray everyday. Talk to Him.
- Eat Healthy
— A well-balanced diet reduces the risk of having chronic diseases.
- Drink Water
— Water helps energize your muscles. Avoids dehydration. It also helps your skin look good. And lastly, it can help you control your calorie intake.
—Exercise is the miracle cure we’ve always had for our body, but for too long we’ve neglected to take our recommended dose
- Connect with family, friends and colleagues
—Social connections like these not only give us pleasure, they also influence our long-term health in ways every bit as powerful as adequate sleep, a good diet, and not smoking. Dozens of studies have shown that people who have satisfying relationships with family, friends, and their community are happier, have fewer health problems, and live longer.
— Smiling can have a positive effect on your mood,decrease stress levels, and even make everyone around you feel better.
— Keeping your brain active and engaged prevents it from losing power. Also, everything you read fills your head with new bits of information, and you never know when it might come in handy. The more knowledge you have, the better-equipped you are to tackle any challenge you’ll ever face.
- Sleep for 8 hours
— Watching your weight can be as simple as getting a good night sleep. Lack of sleep can make you put on weight by drastically slowing your metabolism down. Also, regular shut-eye actually makes you look healthier and more attractive.
— It gives you a feeling that you are doing something important for you and your family. It will soon give you the liberty to do everything that you want. Eat wherever you want. Travel whenever. Shop everything you want.
- Be Kind
— Always make another person feel appreciated, respected and accepted for who he/she truly is. People tend to be so judgmental these days; everyone has something mean to say about someone, even if they don’t even know that person. Be different, be nice and you’ll see how good you’ll feel about yourself.
